The Story Impact Podcast didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a hunger for deeper connection. While consuming podcasts on the treadmill, I found myself craving the visual dimension of storytelling, the chance to experience not just the words, but the person behind them. With a YouTube channel already in motion, I decided to create the kind of author conversations I wanted to watch.

With more than 50 interviews, the series has grown into a multimedia experience streaming on Podbean, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio, bringing together readers, writers, and creative thinkers for conversations about books, meaning, and purpose.

My years navigating marketing, PR, and communications, combined with my own career as a novelist, give me a dual-lens understanding of the author’s journey. I’ve lived both sides: the solitary work of crafting a story and the strategic work of building a platform, reaching readers, and bringing a book into the world.

The podcast is a natural extension of that experience. Each conversation explores creativity, purpose, and the realities of an author’s life and career, going beyond the books themselves to uncover the ideas, experiences, challenges, and breakthroughs behind the work.
